Hersh Litvack   When you meet Hersh you will know immediately why he is called "The Sweetest Guy in Real Estate!"  Hersh brings a unique background of marketing, business experience and creativity to your real estate experience.  He has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals for over 19 years now and has consistently been ranked first in sales per year at his office.
Evelyn James Evelyn became a licensed realtor in early 2006 and quickly established herself as the top agent on the team and was the recipient of the Executive Club Award in both 2007 and 2008.  Speak to any of Evelyn's previous clients and here are some words they will use to describe her: Great Listener, Strong Negotiator, Dedicated, Result Oriented and Personable.  When Evelyn isn't working for her clients, she is actively involved in fundraisers and donations for various causes.  For her generosity, she was issued a plaque by the CAMH attesting to her generous heart, a plaque she reluctantly accepted.  Evelyn is fluent in both English and Hungarian.
Paul Tantalo As one of the newest members of the Team, Paul brings with him a dynamic combination of work experience and education.  His degree in Engineering as well as Business has helped propel him to success in all his business endeavours.  Paul speaks English and Italian and is extremely excited to be apart of a Real Estate team that is second to none in professionalism and service and looks forward to meeting all of your Real Estate needs.
Marina Nezhinsky Before becoming a professional real estate associate, I spent 10 years being a mortgage broker.  My experience thus far allows me to do what I love most, help people find their dream home at the best possible price.  Among other things, I am honest, loyal, hard working, diligent and able to use effective time management to ensure only top quality results in every aspect of the sales transaction.  In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, reading books and spending time with my family.  I am also fluent in three languages including English, Russian and Hebrew.
